마취는 어떻게 하나요

The question I hear almost every day
"Does Gouri hurt?" I never answer "no, it doesn't." What I actually say is this: Gouri is not injected like Rejuran, which places many small needle points. We apply numbing cream first, then spread the product through a cannula, a thin tube with a blunt tip. Fewer entry points means fewer sharp pricks. What you feel instead is a dull, dragging pressure as the cannula moves under the skin.
Is a cannula really less painful? The numbers are smaller than you'd think
In a split-face study of 50 patients receiving hyaluronic acid filler, pain scored 34.7 with a cannula versus 41.3 with a needle on a 100-point scale. The authors themselves wrote that a 6.6-point gap is hard to call clinically meaningful. Bruising, on the other hand, was significantly lower on the cannula side. And note: that was a filler study, not a Gouri study. So I don't tell patients "the cannula makes it painless." I tell them it reduces the number of pricks and the bruising.
How we handle anesthesia
Numbing cream, then the injection. About 20 to 30 minutes in total. In my experience Gouri stays within what topical cream can cover, so I don't suggest sedation as a first option. Redness usually settles within a day or two.
What actually helps with the pain
Give the numbing cream its full time. Tell us beforehand if you are sensitive to pain; we change the pace and the order. Thin areas around the eyes and mouth get smaller amounts, placed more precisely and more slowly. Skip alcohol and saunas around the procedure day, since both add swelling and bruising. And tell us about aspirin, anticoagulants or omega-3. They affect bruising, and whether to pause them is never a decision to make on your own.
Pain that should not be waited out
Most discomfort fades within days. But pain that keeps building instead of settling, pain that worsens on one side only, skin turning white or purplish, any change in vision, swelling with heat and tenderness, or a new firm spot appearing more than two weeks after the procedure: these are call-us-now signs, not count-the-days signs.
What I honestly cannot tell you
I could not find a study that scored Gouri's own pain, none comparing cannula versus needle for Gouri specifically, and none comparing Gouri's pain against other boosters. Everything above comes from instrument studies and from how we work in clinic. Pain thresholds vary a lot between people.
